Hi Load Apron Feeder

The 'HAWK' HiLoad apron feeder is designed for extra heavy duty arduous conditions. The feeder comprises a robust fully welded frame fitted with large high tensile shafts. The shafts run in large grease lubricated spherical bearings with fitted segmented drive wheels driving Cat type crawler chain with bolted on manganese pans.

They can be used as a primary feeder underneath large ore bins/hoppers

A heavy to medium duty range of apron feeders are available using heavy duty conveyor chain and fabricated steel pans.

Totally enclosed dust sealing and underside cleaning conveyor arrangements are available.
